AI Router joins Vaikoon AG

We are pleased to share an important development for AI Router Switzerland.

As of 26 September 2026, the AI Router business has been acquired by Vaikoon AG, a Swiss technology company with expertise in software development, regulatory technology, digitalisation and AI-driven solutions for professional and business customers.

For our customers, continuity is at the heart of this next chapter. Christian Strässle, founder and driving force behind AI Router, has joined Vaikoon AG and will continue to play a key role in the operation and further development of the platform.

What this means for you

• AI Router continues without interruption. The platform remains available and your existing access remains unchanged.
• The service remains in Switzerland. A controlled migration to a certified Swiss data centre will take place over the coming weeks, with the aim of minimising any service interruption. Further information will be provided as the migration progresses.
• AI Router will benefit from Vaikoon's security and compliance framework, providing a strong foundation for the continued development and professionalisation of the platform.
• The platform will continue to evolve, with additional capabilities and an increased focus on professional and business customers.
• Existing customers will receive separate information regarding their subscriptions and the transition to Vaikoon AG. Teams and business customers will be contacted individually to ensure a smooth transition.

The acquisition combines the technology, know-how and vision behind AI Router with Vaikoon's resources and infrastructure, creating a strong foundation for the next stage of the platform's development.
