Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of AI Router Switzerland, a product of Nextgen Computing GmbH. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Swiss law to subscribe to or use AI Router Switzerland.
Single-User Subscription: Each subscription is valid for one individual only. Sharing your API key, account, or credentials with other people, teams, or organizations is prohibited. Business or corporate use requires a separate subscription for each user or an approved enterprise arrangement.
4. Scope of Use
You may use the service for:
- Personal projects
- Local tools and scripts
- Development and testing
- IDE assistants and integrations
- Agent frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw)
Use in commercial products, SaaS platforms, or public-facing applications is not permitted without prior written approval from Nextgen Computing GmbH. Contact support@airouter.ch for such use cases.
5. Enterprise / Volume Use
Companies, teams, or organizations wishing to use AI Router Switzerland should contact support@airouter.ch to discuss volume licensing, separate API keys, or customized arrangements.
6. Subscription and Billing
The standard subscription is CHF 39/month. Billing is processed via Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions are recurring monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime, and access remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Changes to Service and Pricing: Nextgen Computing GmbH reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, features, and available AI models at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or announced on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
7. Fair Use
Your subscription provides unlimited API access subject to our Fair Use Policy. Excessive usage, abuse, multiple users under a single subscription, or attempts to operate public-facing services without approval may result in temporary limits, suspension, or termination of your account.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Do not share your API key with third parties.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use AI Router Switzerland for:
- Public-facing apps or websites without approval
- Commercial SaaS products without approval
- Reselling or providing access to third parties
- Malicious, harmful, or illegal activities
- Any activity that could disrupt service or harm other users
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to AI Router Switzerland, the API, and related materials, remains the property of Nextgen Computing GmbH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as permitted under these ToS.
11. Privacy
Use of AI Router Switzerland is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal and usage data as described therein.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as-is." Nextgen Computing GmbH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or revenue
- Decisions made based on AI outputs
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
13. Termination
Nextgen Computing GmbH may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these ToS
- Your usage exceeds fair-use limits without approval
- You share your account/API key in violation of the single-user rule
- You engage in prohibited activities
We will attempt to notify you before taking action, where feasible.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Switzerland.
15. Changes to ToS
Nextgen Computing GmbH may update these ToS from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the AI Router Switzerland website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
