Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of AI Router Switzerland, a product of Nextgen Computing GmbH. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Swiss law.

Single-User Subscription: Each subscription is for one individual only. Sharing API keys or credentials is prohibited.

4. Scope of Use

You may use the service for personal development, testing, internal tools, and integrations.

Use in public-facing applications or commercial services is only permitted with prior written approval from Nextgen Computing GmbH. Contact support@airouter.ch for approval.

5. Subscription and Billing

Billing is processed via Stripe. Recurring until cancelled. No refunds for partial periods. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the billing period.

We may modify pricing or features with prior notice.

6. Fair Use

Usage is subject to fair use limits. Abuse, excessive usage, or attempts to bypass system restrictions may result in throttling or suspension.

Fair Use is determined at our reasonable discretion based on system load and usage patterns. See our Fair Use Policy for details.

You are responsible for securing your API key and account credentials.

All rights remain with Nextgen Computing GmbH. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service under these terms.

10. Privacy and Data Processing

Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Where we process personal data via the API, we act solely as a data processor on behalf of the customer and do not determine the purposes or means of processing.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nextgen Computing GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.

This does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory liability.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of:

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
